We introduce ourselves

Holger Thieringer

Lean Consultant, Project Manager, Factory Planner

My professional career began in 1982 with an apprenticeship as a motor vehicle mechanic, followed by seven years of assembly work in various departments at Daimler AG. In 1994, I took on a master craftsman position in door assembly, including various picking and pre-assembly tasks. In 1997, I moved to planning, where I held various positions for over 19 years. These included efficiency and effectiveness projects, ramp-up planning for various model series and optimization, machine planning, employee training, and projects of various types.

Since 2015, I have been working as a consultant in the CKD division (foreign plants in Brazil, India, Russia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia) at Daimler AG. My focus is on both lean manufacturing optimization and the implementation of industrial engineering in the plants.

In 2018, I graduated as a Lean Consultant from Reutlingen University. Based on my expertise, I work with you to develop solutions for the optimal design of your production.

Annika Thieringer

Business administrator and food technologist

My professional career began with an apprenticeship in the commercial sector. After successfully completing my studies and working as an office communications specialist at a tax consulting firm, I decided to broaden my horizons. While working part-time, I successfully passed the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) exam to become a certified business administrator.

After several years of professional experience, I took a new step and dedicated myself to another field that fascinated me even more: food technology. Today, I am passionate about packaging development and work on developing innovative and sustainable solutions for the food industry.

I appreciate the combination of creative thinking and technical know-how that theThis job entails. In her role as Junior Marketing Manager at ThieringThrough consulting, I was able to gain valuable experience and take on responsible roles in market analysis, campaign planning, and customer communication. This knowledge flows into my work today.
